Web Based Portfolio

We have a significant presence on the
Internet for our virtual enterprises. Names on the web determine accessibility
of the business and are the new drivers of growth and sales with direct impact
on the global economy: Our web based portfolio is made of few
thousands of high quality, generic and descriptive, keyword, dot com domain
names and thousands of websites. Only few years ago, top-selling domains
were based on brand appeal. Now it's all about searchable keywords that are
both generic and descriptive. A big reason: With online ad spending increasing
at a rate of 30% a year, owning domain names has become a business in itself.
Google and Yahoo! and many lesser known domain traffic aggregators make
use of millions of domains by either providing the website landing pages
or displaying the ads on the websites, sharing income with domain
portfolio holders. Entrepreneurs can buy/sell domains, use them for
the business purposes, and make the domains available to other
businesses for advertising purposes. Today businesses and individuals are
buying domain names as advertising tools rather than as brand names for their
websites.
